Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3+ fulfillment centers, ensuring KPIs for efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, transportation, and customer service divisions
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and budget management
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for logistics services
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in supply chain management and logistics technology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to travel 10-15%
