Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 fulfillment centers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead a team of 12+ operations specialists through performance management and development
- Collaborate with finance to manage operational budgets and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Drive sustainability initiatives across operations to reduce environmental impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in logistics or retail
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements resulting in 15%+ cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership experience with remote and hybrid team management
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- Experience scaling operations during periods of 30%+ annual growth
