Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams (15+ members) across logistics, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous optimization
- Manage $2M+ operational budgets with quarterly financial forecasting
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic initiatives and technology integrations
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record leading teams of 10+ professionals
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in Power BI/Tableau
- Exceptional problem-solving and change management abilities
