Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs: 98% on-time delivery, <2% error rate
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Drive digital transformation through WMS/TMS system optimization
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance across all facilities
- Analyze performance metrics and develop data-driven improvement plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years operations management experience in logistics/3PL
- Proven P&L responsibility for $50M+ operations
- Expertise in warehouse automation and transportation management systems
- Strong Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
- Experience managing unionized teams (ILWU preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in SAP and Oracle SCM platforms
