Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot critical incidents 24/7 to ensure system availability.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and hardware upgrades during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with DevOps and System Administration teams to optimize infrastructure stability.
- Respond to Tier 3 escalations and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Document network configurations, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments during the night shift.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, System Administration, or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
