Responsibilities
- Build & Maintain: Develop and optimize high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Debug & Scale: Identify and resolve complex software issues while ensuring the application scales for high traffic.
- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and manage database interactions efficiently.
- Code Quality: Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning to drive project milestones forward.
Qualifications
- Skill Over Degree: A strong portfolio demonstrating web development projects is required (Bootcamps accepted).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js or Angular.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot code independently.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy: Ability to self-start and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
