Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept through to production, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
- Conduct thorough failure analysis and provide root-cause solutions for complex engineering issues.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing product lines.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. work authorization (if applicable).
