Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing automation and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Develop cost-effective production workflows for aerospace components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and testing
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing engineering
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and PLM systems
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
