Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial robotic systems at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime
- Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Document technical processes and create detailed service reports
- Collaborate with R&D team to implement system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Coordinate with logistics team for equipment transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience with industrial robotics or automation systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 20-30% within California
- Certification in robotics or industrial automation (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and client training abilities
- Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles area
