Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns
- Mentor and develop a team of 5+ marketing professionals through performance coaching and career growth plans
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across all channels
- Present campaign performance insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot)
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility
