As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and implement technical strategies.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce latency, and handle large-scale data processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in machine learning and software architecture.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically with services like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (MLOps experience is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
