Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments using Python and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance, scalability, and low latency.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Implement MLOps best practices to automate model training and deployment pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
