Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and deployment at scale.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business intelligence.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the AI/ML space.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
