Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 50+ clients
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and troubleshoot network issues
- Train clients on new technology solutions and best practices
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
