Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and IT systems.
- Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and secure cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on-premise servers.
- Conduct regular system audits, security assessments, and performance tuning.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and system changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and system usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Valid work authorization that supports Visa Sponsorship requirements.
- Proven experience with Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Azure/AWS certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
