Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead network security implementations and vulnerability assessments
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for system management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT project lifecycles
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and incident resolution
- Document system architectures and operational procedures
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, CCNP, AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
