Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure) for enterprise clients
- Lead network security protocols and disaster recovery planning initiatives
- Manage Active Directory, VMWare, and hybrid cloud environments
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex system outages
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP preferred
- Proven experience with network security protocols (firewalls, VPNs)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (1 week per month)
