Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Madison, Wisconsin.
