Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software applications.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Configure and maintain servers, databases, and virtualization environments.
- Collaborate with the HR department to facilitate the visa sponsorship process for new hires.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and technical policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to obtain visa sponsorship if required.
