Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software issues
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA) preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
