Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex system issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure system security compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology integration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Lead system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security frameworks
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
