Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform root cause analysis on technical issues, and implement robust error handling.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first/hybrid culture.
