Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including cloud and hybrid systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
- Manage and optimize server environments (Windows/Linux) and virtualization platforms
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure administration experience
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent)
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management
- Ability to work independently and prioritize complex tasks
