Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems including cloud infrastructure and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations and implement automation solutions
- Monitor system performance using advanced monitoring tools and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document IT processes, create SOPs, and conduct regular system audits
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on complex projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration with focus on Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of network security principles and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Proven experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, MCSE, CCNA) highly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills
