Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems across 200+ workstations
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and create user knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security protocols
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects including cloud migration initiatives
- Maintain inventory management for IT assets and consumables
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required – recent graduates welcome
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work with various hardware components
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Eagerness to pursue CompTIA A+ or similar certification
