Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers and engineers in software design, coding, and testing.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Conduct research and prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Attend weekly training workshops on modern development methodologies.
- Shadow team leads to understand project management workflows.
- Maintain and update internal software tools and databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program or recently graduated (within the last 12 months).
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid J1 Trainee Visa.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Software Development, or Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
