Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, VMware, and Azure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and performance issues
- Lead cloud migration projects and hybrid architecture implementations
- Document IT processes and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-departmental IT initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration with enterprise infrastructure
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or MCSA preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligible for sponsorship
