Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the organization's server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network topologies to support business continuity.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols, including firewall management, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff and end-users.
- Execute regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure/AWS cloud services.
- Valid certifications such as CCNA, Security+, or similar are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
