Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including Cisco routers, firewalls, and VPN systems
- Oversee cloud migrations and hybrid cloud architecture using AWS and Azure services
- Manage Active Directory environments with 500+ users and multi-domain structures
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT operations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Coordinate hardware/software lifecycle management and procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT administration with 3+ years in cloud environments
- Expert-level certifications: CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience with ITIL processes and IT service management tools (ServiceNow)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
