Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Configure and secure network devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Oversee IT asset management and ensure all systems are compliant with cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and process improvements.
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices for data security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or system engineering (3+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a US work visa sponsorship.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, AWS Certified) are a plus.
