Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Lead system migrations and cloud infrastructure deployments
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT support with network administration expertise
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
