Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Stay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid authorization to work in the US (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ
