Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead the design and execution of full software development life cycles (SDLC) for critical features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability to handle millions of requests.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a senior capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
