Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure systems

- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent required
