Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing robust solutions to system bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
