Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous testing to ensure software quality and security compliance.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain US work authorization (H1B, OPT, or Green Card).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
