Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and threat mitigation
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT systems architecture and compliance protocols
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Advanced certifications in AWS/Azure or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Demonstrated experience with network security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle critical incidents
