Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Configure and secure firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Collaborate with the development team to optimize system performance.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and data backups.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
