Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain network security protocols (Firewall, VPN, MFA)
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for IT operations
- Lead hardware refresh cycles and asset management programs
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct skills training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and automation tools
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, or endpoint management platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hybrid cloud environments
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
