Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud systems (AWS/Azure), networks, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT procurement aligned with budgetary constraints
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
- Monitor system performance using APM tools (Splunk, Datadog) and implement performance improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise infrastructure
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware), cloud platforms, and network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and experience with automation tools
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O1, TN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with ITIL framework and change management processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
