Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues, including printer setup, network connectivity, and application troubleshooting.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques and systems architecture.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly labeled and secured.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the organization.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
