Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for cloud systems (AWS/Azure) and network operations
- Lead cross-functional projects including system migrations and cybersecurity enhancements
- Document technical procedures and create training materials for global teams
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent international degrees accepted)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization, and network security
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in cross-cultural environments
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent)
