Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Albuquerque, including housing, transportation, and community integration
- Build and maintain relationships with local tech employers, universities, and startup incubators to enhance relocation packages
- Develop customized relocation plans highlighting Albuquerque's tech advantages, cost of living benefits, and quality of life
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours of Albuquerque's tech hubs, neighborhoods, and amenities for relocating candidates
- Manage documentation and compliance for relocation benefits while ensuring timely processing
- Analyze relocation data to identify trends and optimize the candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation strategies with talent acquisition goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR, or tech recruitment with proven track record in candidate onboarding
- Deep familiarity with Albuquerque's tech landscape, including major employers and industry clusters
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse tech professionals
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel
- Knowledge of visa/work authorization processes for international tech talent
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends for candidate meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
