Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident resolution for critical business systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT processes and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in remote environments
