Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions including AWS/Azure environments
- Manage network security protocols and implement zero-trust architecture
- Lead server virtualization projects using VMware and Hyper-V technologies
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex IT incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and automation
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of network security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or CCNP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Valid U.S. work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
