Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring 99.9% system uptime.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js and Node.js or Python.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams globally.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and sign non-disclosure agreements.
