Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js).
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences and integrate APIs.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and high reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect data integrity and application security.
- Agile Workflow: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major backend language (Python, Java, C#, or Node.js).
- Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a distributed, flexible team environment.
- Visa Status: Eligible to work in the US and willing to undergo visa sponsorship procedures.
