Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize business downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches across the organization.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and assist in the testing of new IT technologies.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
