Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment.
- Ensure system uptime and performance optimization.
- Document technical specifications and processes clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional IT or Software Engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain required work authorization (US Visa sponsorship available).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
