Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's local and wide-area networks, ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues, acting as the primary point of contact for the engineering team.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and company assets from cyber threats.
- Oversee the deployment of new IT equipment and manage the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based infrastructure.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow efficiency across time zones.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning to support business growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Willingness and eligibility to work in the United States; we provide Visa Sponsorship for eligible candidates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
